The P327 is another combination tool with a powerful lithium ion battery. This tool has become popular and a staple in many industries for the number of advantages it provides. Due to its battery power, the tool can complete 450 strap cycles per battery charge. The tool saves a lot of time is cost effective and eliminates operator fatigue.
The P327 has adjustable tension speed and can be set for 5/8” or ¾” thick or thin banding depending on what it is being used for and the strap quality. For the other sizes it can be set with the right size guides and wear parts. As with all battery operated tool, this tool also comes with two batteries and a charger. There is also a battery charger with larger capacity that can provide more run time.

Operating the P327 is very easy. The battery should be in full charge and locked into position. There are two buttons in the tool one of which is for tensioning and the other is for welding time. The operator is able to use the tension button to choose the desired tension by adjusting it before each application by rotating to the right or left. The welding time can also be adjusted similarly and changed according to the application being used.
The welding time in the tool can also be adjusted by squeezing the black lever to lift the gripper foot and guide pin. The strap is then inserted under the gripper foot and guide pin so that the banding remains in place and then the tension button is pressed to pull tension and control it. Then the yellow lever is used to control the sealing application. Once the green light comes on, it is safe to remove the tools as the straps have now been secured.
